Welcome to Bowler, WI
Scenery along the Mountain-Bay Trail
This trail is used for walking and biking in summer and for snowmobiling and
four-wheeling in winter. The trail runs from Green Bay to Wausau, WI.
Bowler meets halfway along the trail.
Bowler School District is located in north central Wisconsin, halfway between the cities of Green Bay and Wausau. Bowler is a rural school, located within a small, friendly community. This quiet village is nestled amongst beautiful, heavily wooded farmland and rolling hills, all situated along the banks of the North Branch of the Embarrass River, one of Wisconsin's best trout fishing streams. Bowler's fertile agricultural area is home to a multitude of white-tailed deer, bald eagles, rainbow trout, wolves, fox, wild turkeys, bobcat, black bear and other small game animals.
Bowler began as a small logging community and is proud to say it neighbors the Stockbridge-Munsee Indian Reservation home to the Mohican Nation. Our diverse culture and heritage has made us distinctly unique. We invite the world to come visit, learn, and communicate with us, as we in turn seek
to learn more of you.
Our second picture retake day is Wednesday, November 13th starting at 8:30.
Panther Playgroup and Adventure Group
The Panther’s Playgroup and Adventure Group provides a great opportunity for children ages 0-5 within the Bowler School District to play and interact with other children in a developmentally appropriate environment. This is also a chance for families to network with each other!
